Q&A

We wish to give all our candidates a great experience and impression of the Abacus Medicine Group, so we do our utmost to focus on finding the right people and for you to find the right job.

If you find one of the open positions interesting, send us your CV and cover letter (and other relevant documents). If the interest is mutual, we will invite you in for an interview with the hiring manager and for a second interview with a recruiter as well. In some cases, you might be asked to complete a personality test or a case. If you are the right candidate for the job, you will receive a call with an offer for the position.

It is important to us that all our employees get a good start when joining us. During onboarding, you will get an introduction to your new workplace and key knowledge about our company, subsidiaries, industry and our values. Your manager and colleagues will help ensure you get specific and relevant information about your job, department and internal processes. This is primarily done through on-the-job training.

During the first week, your managers will give you the “Abacus tour”, where you will get to know about the office facilities and meet all your new colleagues, who are curious to get to know you, and they will introduce themselves and what their team are working with and their contribution to the purpose.

We have prepared an Onboarding Guide to help you get through the first few months. It will give you an overview of our organisation, industry, our business areas and our culture. You can always use the Onboarding Guide as a tool to look up information and refresh your knowledge.

Our new employees are also invited to an Onboarding Day, to help settle them into the workplace, our culture and their new position. The Onboarding Day is designed to give new employees the best foundation to begin their own development within the Abacus Medicine Group. Our Onboarding Programme will vary from location to location.
